Summary Job Description
We are currently recruiting a Manager for the Atsimo-Andrefana region in Madagascar to lead on the Human Resources, Operations and Finances of the organisation in the region, as well as giving support to our Administration and Operations teams in both Tulear and Andavadoaka. The position will provide a broad range of support to operations, finances and human resources functions regionally, to promote the effective, safe and efficient management of people, policies and programmes systems across our increasing operations. Reporting to the Andavadoaka Site Leader, this is a full-time role based between Andavadoaka and Tulear, with occasional travel within the region when required.
The successful candidate will be an analytical, knowledgeable and organized person, with a proactive attitude and strong leadership skills. He/She will supervise daily support operations of the organisation and will be able to actively discover new ways to increase efficiency.
The person chosen will have a deep understanding of financial management and also play an important role in developing and implementing our operational policies and procedures as well as assisting the managers in the team with recruiting when necessary.
He/She will thrive in environments that are dynamic, fast-paced, collegiate and ambitious, and be able to demonstrate experience of working independently and solving complex problems in challenging situations.
