Oceana’s Marketing and Communications department is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Senior Director of Strategic Marketing and Communications by scheduling meetings and travel, serving as the first point of contact with internal and external stakeholders, preparing expense reimbursements and tracking budget, handling research assignments, and assisting in the development of presentations and memos. The ideal candidate will be action-oriented, organized, instill trust and work well with others; have strong experience in the Microsoft Office suite of programs, and adhere to deadlines.

The Executive Assistant will also meet the administrative needs of the Senior Director’s supervisor, the Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives.
