Global Salmon Initiative (GSI) is a leadership effort established by global farmed salmon CEOs committed to helping feed the world in a healthier, more sustainable way through advancements in responsible salmon farming. Representing 50% of the global farmed salmon industry, GSI members recognize their ability – and responsibility – to drive positive change at scale to help feed the world in a healthier, more sustainable way. GSI promotes industry advancements that support responsible salmon farming, ensuring that farmed salmon continues to be a nutritious, eco-efficient food for now and generations to come. This is achieved through a series of industry-wide knowledge-sharing platforms designed to improve industry best practices, enhance industry transparency, and accelerate innovations along the supply chain to strengthen environmental performance. 

The Global Salmon Initiative (GSI) is seeking a Program Coordinator to assist with the daily functioning of the initiative. The Project Coordinator will provide a variety of support functions including; administrative tasks, developing and managing internal and external communications, meeting and event organization and support, database management, stakeholder engagement, and providing research support.
