Amazing new changes are coming to the OpenChannels Literature Library!
We are in the process of migrating existing literature items to our new and improved format with automatic exports to citation software (e.g. Zotero, Mendeley, and EndNote) and enhanced browsing via tagged keywords.
Please take note of the following during the transition:
- New (enhanced format) items will appear under the openchannels.org/literature URL. Literature items awaiting migration will appear as openchannels.org/literature-library.
- When an existing item is migrated to the new Library, a URL redirect will be put in place to forward you to the enhanced format. If you are not redirected and you receive a "page not found" error when trying to access an item, simply search for the title of that item and you will likely find the updated record.
- Only new (not newly migrated) literature items will be mailed out in the weekly Literature Update newsletter.
- There are over 3,200 items which must be migrated, so we anticipate the migration process to take several months.
In the meantime, please pardon the digital dust. If you have any questions, issues, or suggestions, please contact OpenChannels Project Manager, Nick Wehner, at nwehner [at] openchannels.org.
