For the week of 17 November 2014

Greetings OpenChannels Community Members,

There was *a lot* more research released over the last week due to the publication of two special issues of journals. Aquatic Conservation: Marine and Freshwater Ecosystems published a special issue on, Building Networks of MPAs: new insights from IMPAC 3. The other comes from Advances in Marine Biology, which published the special issue, Marine Managed Areas and Fisheries.

In order to keep this update as short as possible so it will reach your inboxes (spam filters do not like long emails) I've omitted the abstracts. All of the hyperlinked titles below will take you to the respective abstracts on OpenChannels.

Happy reading,
-Nick Wehner, OpenChannels Project Manager
