For the week of 01 December 2014

Greetings OpenChannels Community Members,

The Marine Institute in Ireland commissioned a study on a Review of Marine Spatial Planning Best Practice of Relevance to Ireland. The author utilized a case-study analysis in this review, so results are likely applicable to many different localities. The marine spatial planning cases examined include the Baltic Sea, Canada, Germany, the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park, Norway, the UK, and the Netherlands.

Happy reading!
