Greetings OpenChannels Community Members,

A bit more progress to report from our ongoing Literature Library improvements project: categorization tags are now active. The categories we use to sort literature in these updates is now available online on OpenChannels.org as well. Simply click a tag-link on any new literature item, and you'll see other titles which are also categorized in this manner. The new "related titles" block will also show you the five latest literature items we've added that are similarly tagged as the item you're viewing. We hope these features serve you well. As always, if you have any questions, feel free to reply to this email.

New from PLoS ONE comes, Modelling the Spatial Behaviour of a Tropical Tuna Purse Seine Fleet. In this Open Access paper, the authors use the Indian Ocean's tuna purse seine fishery as a case study in an examination of the fleet's spatial behavior. Through statistical modeling, they examined factors which influenced this behavior over time. You may access the full-text using the link below.

Happy reading!
