Marine Pollution Bulletin has published, The detrimental consequences for seagrass of ineffective marine park management related to boat anchoring. The authors examined the effects of anchoring on Posidonia oceanica in the La Maddalena Archipelago National Park in the Mediterranean Sea. It was found that despite mooring locations, the seagrass was still damaged after tourist season. You may access the full-text using the link above.
