As a Principal at Industrial Economics, Incorporated (IEc) with over 15 years of environmental consulting and project management experience, Scott Friedman’s work focuses on the science behind ecological assessments and restoration planning. Mr. Friedman draws on extensive ecological field sampling experience and a scientific and business background to provide analysis and evaluation of environmental data and information and to provide project management services for field and modeling investigations. He has a strong background in ecology, ecotoxicology, environmental site assessment, and remediation in marine, freshwater, and terrestrial environments. Mr. Friedman has identified, determined, assessed, and quantified impacts resulting from infrastructure development, oil spills, and hazardous substance releases. Prior to joining IEc, Mr. Friedman worked at Coneco Engineers and Scientists, Incorporated in Bridgewater, Massachusetts where he provided spill response services and groundwater, soil, and air characterization and remediation consultation to businesses.
